fremantle coastal garden

The Fremantle coastal garden involved the creation of an extensive residential fruit orchard and vegetable area that is enclosed by a border of Melaleuca Nesophila paperbark trees and and string of Strawberry Guava. It contains a Western Australian coastal native garden which has been planted over a rounded earth mound.to provide a contrast in heights.

The other feature is a hand-seeded concrete cigar shaped stepping stone path which is connected to a jig saw of existing exposed aggregate paving of varying shades, shapes and sizes.

In the rear garden there are two vegetable filled corrugated raised garden beds a and an olive and citrus grove.

In addition to this there is an old seventies barbecue that has been clad using sandstone and converted into a raised garden bed and water feature with an adjoining sandstone garden bench.
